Mechanical Design & Project Engineer - In this creative position, you will oversee the mechanical design of the furnace and thermal automation systems Keith builds and sells. Ideal candidates will have the passion and experience to mechanically design entire pieces of equipment, as well as act as a Project Manager while equipment is constructed and tested in our Manufacturing Department. Steel fabrications and mechanical drive system design experience are absolute requirements. Valuable but not absolutely required is design experience with refractory insulation, use of alloy metals, and/or gas heating and safety systems. The more furnace design experience, the better! Sales Engineer for Furnace Systems - Do you qualify? We seek an experienced sales person to help our clients choose the correct furnace equipment to serve their metal processing needs. We particularly seek someone experienced with aluminum solution heat treating, or more broadly with foundry, forging or general metal heat treating. This job will allow you to use your knowledge of process heating and furnace design together with your professional selling skills. Besides selling our line of furnace equipment, you will have a full line of furnace parts, and techncial services to offer your existing as well as new accounts. This job also has the immediate potential of being expanded to include becoming our Sales Manager too. Pay for this job will be related to the amount of your knowlege and experience. Electrician & Service Technician - If you can assemble electrical control panels; and install, repair, test and troubleshoot electro-mechanical control equipment for the furnaces our company produces and services, we have a great job for you. Because we produce technically advanced work, you will have the opportunity to learn and use the very latest process and PLC control devices. Working under the direction of our Manufacturing Manager, you will help assure the quality and safety of products we manufacturer and service. Besides working in our factory, you may may also travel to provide service at customer locations. Because of required skills in this job you will have upscale potential for advancement to Service Manager. Minimum of 5 years closely related process heating equipment is experience required. This is a hourly, full-time position that pays $20-29/hr plus overtime depending on skills and experience. Help with relocation expenses may be possible.
